Jorge Avila operates at the intersection of investment advisory and property management — working hands-on across both sides of the business to deliver results for every client he serves. As co-founder of A|R Realty Group, he leads efforts in property management, leasing, investment acquisition, and sales, helping clients move beyond one-off transactions and into intentional, long-term portfolio building.
Jorge's perspective is grounded in real ownership experience. As an active real estate investor himself — including owning property in Broken Bow, Oklahoma — he understands firsthand what it takes to make a property perform, from acquisition strategy through ongoing management.
His approach is straightforward: focus on strong fundamentals, make disciplined decisions, and stay involved where it matters most. Whether advising a first-time investor or overseeing an established portfolio, Jorge prioritizes transparency, clear communication, and consistent results above all else.
Outside of real estate, Jorge enjoys pickleball, poker, and time with his family. His faith shapes everything he does — how he leads, how he serves, and how he builds relationships: with integrity, consistency, and a long-term mindset.
Riggs Rylander has spent over two decades in real estate learning the business from every angle — brokerage, leasing, property management, and direct investment. He has bought, repositioned, and managed properties himself, not just advised on them. That firsthand experience shows up in how he works with clients: no theory, no fluff, and no guesswork. Every recommendation is tied to what actually performs in the real world.
As co-founder of A|R Realty Group, Riggs works directly with investors across North Texas and Broken Bow. He focuses on long-term residential investments in Rockwall, North Dallas, and Collin County — targeting high-demand neighborhoods where strong tenants compete for limited inventory.
Clients work with Riggs because he tells them the truth, even when it costs him a deal. If a property doesn't pencil, he says so. If it does, he shows exactly why — with data, real comparables, and clear reasoning. He stays involved from deal identification through make-ready, pricing, leasing, and ongoing performance, because that's where outcomes are decided.
At the core, Riggs believes real estate is simple when you strip it down. Buy right, manage it well, and let time do the rest. His job is to make sure his clients always get the first part right.
