He focuses on long-term residential investments in Rockwall, North Dallas, and Collin County, targeting high-demand areas where strong tenants are already competing for limited inventory. In Broken Bow, he works with short-term rental investors, helping them cut through inflated projections and focus on what actually books and generates income.
